2 day Workshop Supply Chain the TOC Way, Columbia

Two 2 day Workshops on Supply Chain the TOC Way in two cities in Columbia. Conducted by ESCUELA TOC in conjunction with Universidad del Norte, based in Barranquilla, a city located in the Atlantic coast of Columbia. Facilitator – Maria Cristina Sierralta, who will share with the attendants the recent developments in the area of supply chain management. The program includes working with simulations. 5 day TOC Workshop in Operations, Finance & Measurements, Projects, the TOC Way, for 60 private and public leaders from Catamarca, Argentina. Facilitator – Alejandro Fernandez. This event was financed by a World Bank project that promotes the integration of economy clusters in order to ensure their productivity increase. The workshop program included scheduled visits to companies in order to validate the applicability of what was being studied in class. The follow-up visits to the companies are expected in 5-6 months to evaluate the implementation results. Through the implementation and sustainment of continuous improvement techniques, and with minimal investment, Azul-K attained unprecedented growth of over 400% during a 10-year period, and is now a major player in it’s industry.
