Jelena Fedurko
Jelena’s involvement with TOC started in 1999. Jelena stared working with Goldratt Schools in 2005 and in 2008-2011 she held the position of Regional Director for Russian Speaking Regions and Europe. Jelena is a Co-Founder and Co-President of TOC Practitioners Alliance - TOCPA, an international organisation whose aim is to share TOC experience with those who wnat to apply TOC. Jelena is a partner and International Director of TOC Strategic Solutions.
Jelena develops TOC teaching material, conducts TOC trainings and provides implementation support in production, supply chain and project management. She has worked in Japan, Poland, Turkey, Russia, Ukraine, India, China, Chile, Colombia, and other countries.
Jelena has authored a number of articles on TOC concepts and implementation, contributed to writing three Goldratt Schools books, gave presentations at several TOC conferences and has edited a number of TOC books. Jelena has taught in a number of comprehensive GS Programs: TOC Application Expert Programs in several countries, International TOC Expert Alex Rogo Program in Colombia, ManTOC Program in India, Strategic Solutions Program in Russia and Europe.
Jelena translated to Russian the Goldratt Satellite Program, the books The Goal, It’s Not Luck (The Goal-2), Critical Chain, and the TOC Insights.
Jelena is the author of the recently published book Behind the Cloud - Enhancing logical thinking.
Jelena graduated from Minsk State Institute of Foreign Languages (now Minsk State Linguistic University) and got her MBA from Concordia International University Estonia. Jelena is also a lecturer at Estonian Business School, Tallinn.
