Keita Asaine
Keita Asaine is a director of Juntos, Co., Ltd.
Goldratt Schools faculty member since 2008.
He teaches Operations Management and Project Management as a lecturer at Education & Research Center of Manufacturing, Kyushu University.
He has graduated as a System Engineer from Kyushu Institute of Technology, Fukuoka. After his graduation, he joined Juntos.
He started to work in the Bridge Design Department and gradually engaged in Sales, too. He was active in an internal TOC implementation project as a team member.
Since 2007, he has received intensive instruction from Oded Cohen, the International Director for Goldratt Schools.
His article “A study on procurement given that delivery's uncertainty of equipment, materials and instruction” appeared in Journal of Construction Management, JSCE Vol.16, 2009.
He devotes himself to providing TOC implementation supports and to conducting seminars.

九州大学 ものづくり工学教育研究センター 非常勤講師
九州大学「ものづくり工学教育研究センター」の非常勤講師として、生産管理やプロジェクト管理の分野において、TOC（CCPM / S-DBR）を教えている。
九州工業大学情報工学部卒業後、株式会社ジュントスに入社。
橋梁設計を行い、営業活動に従事した。また、自社への TOC 導入プロジェクトのメンバーとして業務改革を推進し、パフォーマンスの改善を実現した。2005年、
2007 年より GS の全世界統括責任者 Oded Cohen 氏から直接指導を受ける。
また、土木学会 建設マネジメント研究 論文集をはじめ、学術論文を複数投稿している。
GS からの豊富な最新情報を基に、 TOC コンサルタントとしてコンサルティングを行うとともに、国内における TOC の啓蒙・発展に日々、尽力している。
