Martin Powell
Martin Powell has spent over 20 years of his professional life in assisting organisations, groups and individuals to improve performance. Having had a successful career as a partner in a medium sized accountancy firm, where he specialised in systems based advice; he formed his own consulting business focused on management improvement. In 1994 his journeys of discovery lead him to the Goldratt Institute in the UK, where he learned about TOC. Since then, as a partner in Goldratt UK, his work has been devoted to using TOC for education and consulting assignments in Europe, USA, Japan, India, China and Latin America for manufacturing, distribution, project management and service delivery organisations. Working in conjunction with Oded Cohen, he has established and supported TOC experts in many countries. Since 2002 Martin has been part of Goldratt Group helping to establish the infrastructure and processes, whilst supporting Goldratt Schools globally.
