Rieko Oba
Rieko Oba has been working as a Business Process Reengineering (BPR) consultant for over 7 years. In 2000, when she worked for Accenture (a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company), she was selected as one of team leaders of SCM trend research project and this brought her to start exploring TOC. She experimentally used Thinking Process and CCPM in IT implementation projects and contributed to meeting project completion due dates within budget.
Since 2007, she has received intensive instruction from Mr. Oded Cohen, the International Director for Goldratt Schools, in areas of CCPM, S-DBR, SCM and MT and her performance has been rated very highly. She has also provided Japanese-English translation service for Goldratt Schools programs in CCPM, S-DBR, SCM and MT with equal excellence. Rieko is a Faculty Member of Goldratt Schools Japan, but she is not a Juntos employee.

大場 理英子
大場理英子は、業務改善コンサルタントとして7年以上の経験を有します。
アクセンチュア㈱勤務中の2000年にSCM調査プロジェクトの１チームリーダーとして選抜されたのをきっかけとして、TOCを研究し始めました。その後、複数のIT導入プロジェクトで思考プロセスとCCPMを実験的に導入し、プロジェクトの納期と予算の順守に貢献しました。
2007 年からは、 ゴールドラットスクール（GS）の全世界統括責任者 であるOded Cohen 氏からCCPM、S-DBR、SCM、MTについて集中的に指導を受け、非常に高い評価を得ています。また、GS主催セミナー（CCPM、S-DBR、SCM、MT）では通訳・翻訳作業を担い、こちらも非常に高い評価を得ています。
大場はGS-Japanに所属するファカルティメンバーではありますが、㈱ジュントスの社員ではありません。
