Juntos, Co., Ltd.

Juntos was established in 1991 to provide bridge design service. Since 2004 Juntos has been successfully implementing CCPM for its operations. Based on the practical experience, a department "TOC Consulting Group" was newly organized in Juntos. It has received intensive instruction from Mr. Oded Cohen, the International Director for Goldratt Schools, since 2007. Goldratt Schools Japan (GS-Japan) was established under Mr. Cohen supervision in 2008.

平成 3 年、橋梁設計サービスを目的として設立。平成 16 年 CCPM を自社に導入し、成功。その経験を基に、平成 18 年より TOC コンサルティンググループを設置。平成 19 年より Goldratt Schools 全世界統括責任者 Oded Cohen 氏から指導を受ける。平成 20 年に Cohen 氏の管轄の下、 Goldratt Schools Japan(GS-Japan) を設立。

Keita Asaine

Keita Asaine

Keita Asaine is a director of Juntos, Co., Ltd. and a lecturer at Education & Research Center of Manufacturing, Kyushu University.

Keita has graduated as a System engineer from Kyushu Institute of Technology, Fukuoka. He has researched Project Management and TOC since 2001. He has been teaching TOC (CCPM for Project Management environment & S-DBR for Operation/Production environment) at Kyusyu University as a lecturer since 2006.

After his graduation, he joined Juntos. He started to work in the Bridge Design department and gradually engaged in the Sales, too. He has conducted an internal TOC implementation project as a team member, and the Bridge Design department keeps higher improvement performance through TOC solutions. He was recognized Jonah in 2005.

He has received intensive instruction from Mr. Oded Cohen, the International Director for Goldratt Schools, since 2007. In 2008, he had a significant role in establishing Goldratt Schools Japan (GS-Japan).

He always devotes himself to provide TOC implementation support as a consultant and to conduct seminars into Japanese market in line with the GS's plentiful latest information.

朝稲　啓太

九州大学　ものづくり工学教育研究センター　講師

九州工業大学情報工学部卒業。在籍中、プロジェクトマネジメントとTOCに関する研究に従事した。2006年より、九州大学「ものづくり工学教育研究センター」の非常勤講師として、プロジェクトマネジメントや生産管理の分野において、TOC（CCPM / S-DBR）を教えている。

大学卒業後、株式会社ジュントスに入社。橋梁設計を行い、営業活動に従事した。また、自社への TOC 導入プロジェクトのメンバーとして業務改革を推進し、パフォーマンスの改善を実現した。2005年、Jonahを取得した。

2007 年より GS の全世界統括責任者 Oded Cohen 氏から直接指導を受けている。2008 年には、ゴールドラット・スクール　ジャパン（ GS-Japan ）の設立で中心的役割を担った。

GS からの豊富な最新情報を基に、 TOC コンサルタントとしてコンサルティングを行うとともに、国内における TOC の啓蒙・発展に日々、尽力している。

Ryoma Shiratsuchi

Ryoma Shiratsuchi

Ryoma Shiratsuchi is a management consultant of Juntos, Co., Ltd. and a SMEC (Registered "Japan Small and Medium Enterprise Management Consultant")

He teaches Operations Management and Project Management as a lecturer at Education & Research Center of Manufacturing, Kyushu University.

His involvement with TOC started in 2004 with implementing CCPM into Bridge Design department in Juntos. After its successful implementation, he also leaded CCPM implementation project for a group company (Construction) as an internal consultant. He co-translated "TOC Insights" into Japanese.

Since 2007, he has received intensive instruction from Mr. Oded Cohen, the International Director for Goldratt Schools.

Now he is providing vigorously TOC trainings and implementation supports, especially in the areas of production and project management.

自社橋梁設計部門へのCCPM導入を成功させた後、関連会社（土木施工）におけるCCPM導入プロジェクトをリードし、業務改革を推進した。また、"TOC Insights" の日本語翻訳にも携わった。

2007 年より GS の全世界統括責任者 Oded Cohen 氏から直接指導を受ける。

現在は、特に生産管理とプロジェクト管理の分野で、TOCのトレーニング提供および導入プロジェクトで精力的に活動している。

Rieko Oba

Rieko Oba has been working as a Business Process Reengineering (BPR) consultant for over 7 years. In 2000, when she worked for Accenture (a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company), she was selected as one of team leaders of SCM trend research project and this brought her to start exploring TOC. She experimentally used Thinking Process and CCPM in IT implementation projects and contributed to meeting project completion due dates within budget.

Since 2007, she has received intensive instruction from Mr. Oded Cohen, the International Director for Goldratt Schools, in areas of CCPM, S-DBR, SCM and MT and her performance has been rated very highly. She has also provided Japanese-English translation service for Goldratt Schools programs in CCPM, S-DBR, SCM and MT with equal excellence. Rieko is a Faculty Member of Goldratt Schools Japan, but she is not a Juntos employee.

大場　理英子

大場理英子は、業務改善コンサルタントとして7年以上の経験を有します。

アクセンチュア㈱勤務中の2000年にSCM調査プロジェクトの１チームリーダーとして選抜されたのをきっかけとして、TOCを研究し始めました。その後、複数のIT導入プロジェクトで思考プロセスとCCPMを実験的に導入し、プロジェクトの納期と予算の順守に貢献しました。

2007 年からは、 ゴールドラットスクール（GS）の全世界統括責任者 であるOded Cohen 氏からCCPM、S-DBR、SCM、MTについて集中的に指導を受け、非常に高い評価を得ています。また、GS主催セミナー（CCPM、S-DBR、SCM、MT）では通訳・翻訳作業を担い、こちらも非常に高い評価を得ています。

大場はGS-Japanに所属するファカルティメンバーではありますが、㈱ジュントスの社員ではありません。
