Goldratt Schools USA

Goldratt Schools USA has been in operation since 2003. TOC itself has a much longer history having been introduced in 1979. There are many thousands of instances of TOC applications in many, many companies. The vast majority of these attempts at TOC usage have resulted in significant benefits.

The challenge was not in achieving results but in sustaining them and in expanding usage to other departments and functions in these companies. In 2006, Dr. Goldratt developed the Strategy and Tactics tree and with it a systematic means for using TOC tools and applications at the level of the entire company. To help these companies achieve unprecedented levels of performance, Dr. Goldratt formed Goldratt Schools to make the full body of TOC knowledge available to any interested company and to any interested individual.

Goldratt Schools USA has been in the forefront of developing training programs to support Dr. Goldratt’s efforts to help businesses achieve a “Viable Vision” – characterized by unprecedented levels of growth and profitability. The past few years have been focused on training consultants to work on these viable vision projects. Nearly 100 consultants have been trained and many have been engaged in viable vision projects.

Consistent with the long history of TOC in the Americas is the fact that there is a large number of faculty members in several leading Universities – both in Business Schools and Engineering schools – that have learned TOC and teach it as part of their regular course curriculum. Several of these distinguished academics serve as adjunct faculty for Goldratt Schools, making the faculty of GS-USA a very distinguished group.

GS-USA offers a full range of training programs on all aspects of TOC.
