Goldratt Schools (GS) Certification Programs

  1. GS Certification Programs provide an opportunity for a Consulting Company or an individual consultant:
    • to get the latest TOC knowledge and know-how in the systemized way through the training programs developed by Goldratt Schools
    • as a result of GS Certification to be authorised by GS to further market and deliver Basic Courses of GS Certification Programs and to use the GS training material and methodology for their own training and consulting activities
    • to market GS Basic Courses explicitly using the name Goldratt Schools
    • to get relevant support from GS.
  2. Currently GS Certification Programs cover:
  3. Each GS Certification Program consists of three stages:
    1. Basic Course (5 days)
    2. Advanced & Certification Course (5 days)
    3. GS Certification Exam (1 day)
  4. Advanced & Certification Courses can be attended only on completion of the relevant Basic Courses and on condition that the participants have practical experience in the relevant TOC Application.
  5. On successful fulfilment of the GS Certification Program and passing the GS Certification Exam the Program participants are awarded GS Certificates in the relevant areas of training:
    • GS Certificate for Trainer in Production Management (SDBR)
    • GS Certificate for Trainer in Supply Chain Management (SCM)
    • GS Certificate for Trainer in Project Management (CCPM)
    • GS Certificate for Trainer in Management Tools (TP)
  6. GS provides the Consulting Company (that has trained its consultants who have been awarded the GS Certification) or an individual GS Certified Trainer with the material, structure and know-how of GS Certification Programs including:
    • course materials
    • supporting materials
    • teaching guides for Basic Courses
  7. GS will authorise the Certified Trainers from the Consulting Company or individual Certified Trainers to further teach Basic Courses of GS Certification Programs and to use or incorporate GS Certification Program materials (GS or GS partners' or associates’ material) into the Consulting Company’s or an individual GS Certified Trainer’ training and consulting activities providing the conditions outlined in point 8 are met.
  8. Conditions for provision of the GS or GS partners' or associates’ materials:
    1. There is a signed agreement between GS and the Consulting Company or an individual GS Certified Trainer along the lines of this document.
    2. The Consulting Company or an individual GS Certified Trainer will share with GS 10% of the income generated from the relevant TOC activities; relevant TOC activities cover any commercial TOC-related activity (any form of TOC training and/or consultancy and/or implementations) in which the Consulting Company uses GS or GS partners’ or associates’ material (whether as is or as the basis for developing own material).
    3. Copyright of all integrated GS or GS partners' or associates’ materials are maintained.
    4. The incorporated GS or GS partners' or associates’ material is not modified without the consent of GS.
    5. GS is given credit as the source of the knowledge.
  9. The GS Advanced & Certification Courses, GS Certification Exams, awarding and issuing GS Certificates are executed solely by GS.
  10. The Shared Fees cover GS support for clarifying to the Consulting Company teaching-related issues such as the material content and delivery of the above material.
  11. Any issues related to a concrete client or a concrete business case of a Certified Trainer or the Consulting Company are outside of the Shared Fees and fall under a special commercial agreement between GS and the Consulting Company on case to case basis.
