Support by Goldratt Schools
Goldratt Schools have a whole host of TOC teachers and practitioners that together cover hundreds of years experiencing in developing, teaching and implementing TOC all around the world.
The Goldratt School team is a perfect team to help people and support them through the implementation of TOC within their organizations and within their areas of responsibilities.
The Goldratt team can support any teacher and any consultant who want to bring the TOC knowledge to others and help them implement it in their environment.
We provide the mentoring service:
GS support for internal TOC implementations and business consulting
By “support” we mean that on request by those that have subscribed to the service GS provide views, opinions and suggestions on issues related to implementation of TOC knowledge by internally or in cases when they engage in business consulting services to clients.
In order to qualify for GS supporting a person or a group of people should go through relevant TOC educational programs conducted by or through GS. This service is provided under a signed service agreement that determines the terms and conditions.
GS support scope conducted by GS faculty members or by qualified resources contracted by GS:
- Providing on site or client visit(s) on request;
- Studying TOC implementation related issues presented by the practitioners or their clients for a concrete client case and providing views, opinions and suggestions through any means of communication (emails, skype discussions, telephone calls, etc);
- Providing TOC implementation auditing on request;
